When you request custom targets, we use your name, email, delivery ZIP code, request details, and any artwork you provide to prepare your proof, estimate shipping, and respond to your request. Your submission does not collect a payment or approve production.

Your request is saved in the Axle Targets CRM and an internal notification is sent to info@axletargets.com. Artwork is stored privately and downloaded only by the verified administrator. A personal estimate link allows its recipient to review that estimate and submit a free-proof request, so please share it only with people you authorize.

On our public quote website, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and successful requests. Ad-click identifiers and campaign details may be retained with your request so we can understand which campaigns brought customers to us. Our local previews do not send analytics or conversion events to Google.

The CRM uses Google to verify its administrator, alex@axletargets.com. A separate connection to info@axletargets.com supports reviewed outgoing messages and internal order notifications. Optional Gmail read permission lets the administrator view customer conversations. Credentials are encrypted and are not shared with customers.
